I review your details and we schedule a quick conversation to clarify preferences, confirm priorities, and make sure we’re perfectly aligned before I begin designing.

3. Research & Design

I dive into researching accommodations, transfers, excursions, and experiences that match your needs. Every recommendation is curated with care so your options feel intentional, not overwhelming.

4. Custom Travel Plan

You’ll receive a personalized travel plan with handpicked options. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed itinerary and all of your travel documents — organized, secure, and easy to follow.

5. Support From Start to Return

Travel can be unpredictable, but you’re never navigating it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way with updates, reminders, and guidance should anything unexpected come up.

Planning Fee Information

To ensure every custom itinerary receives the care, research, and expertise it deserves, I require a $150 authorization when requesting a personalized travel plan.

Here’s how it works:

• If you book with me: the $150 authorization is voided.

• If you choose not to move forward: the $150 will be processed 30 days after your final request, covering the time and resources invested in creating your custom vacation.

This fee allows me to maintain a high level of service and create the kind of deeply personalized itineraries my clients rely on.
